Products and product prices
The features and prices of the products in the online store are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices, so please check the prices in question in the shopping cart before accepting the order.
All product prices are shown in euros and include 25.5% VAT.
Ordering and contract
You can order products on our online store website by adding them to your shopping cart, confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to have read and agreed to our current delivery terms and conditions. You understand that your order, which you have accepted and confirmed, is, except for what is mentioned later about the right of cancellation, binding and creates an agreement between us with these delivery terms and conditions.
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when you place an order. The order confirmation also confirms the payment method used.
Canceling an order or appointment
The customer can cancel their monthly subscription in the ‘My account’ section at any time. The right to the ordered content will expire after the last day of validity of the subscription period.
Cancellations of on-site lessons booked through the appointment calendar must be made 24 hours in advance. If a lesson is not cancelled, we will charge 50% of the lesson price.
Payment methods available to you
Paytrail
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the product supplier.

PayPal
If you want to pay for your order from your PayPal account, select the payment method in our online store and continue. At the end of the order, you will be automatically transferred to the PayPal service, where you can make the payment from your own PayPal account.
Special payment terms
NOTE! When purchasing a Subscription service with monthly charges, the only payment method is card payment.
Payment for an on-site lesson booked through the appointment calendar is made on-site (cash or MobilePay).
We reserve the right not to offer all payment methods to all our customers. In such a situation, the customer can place an order using the available payment methods.
Disputes
We strive to resolve any disputes regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our Customer Service first to resolve the matter. If a dispute regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before submitting the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice Service of the Finnish Register of Legal Entities (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
